XDM Settlement® is Energeya's leadding edge solution for commodity contract evaluation, settlement and transaction management.  This module tightly integrates with XDM Contract Management® to provide the market's most flexible solution for backoffice processes.

In XDM Settlement® economic trade transactions are evaluated for all trade types managed within the system and can be related to commodity charges and credits, counterparty, broker and market fees, penalties, bonuses, etc. For each type of trade, the evaluation algorithm can be customized directly by authorized users, in order to calculate the required transaction(s).

Contract evaluation processes can be executed both through on-demand functionalities and scheduled batch processes. Massive evaluation batch processing can be executed against both past and future settlement periods: this implies that the company's contract portfolio is constantly re-evaluated, to provide near real time availability of the portfolio's economic value.

Evaluated transactions are subject to a fully blown process workflow for active and passive settlement, with functionalities that address:

• transaction analysis, with configurable drill down and aggregated vies
• user-based transaction entry, updating, aggregation and splitting
• automated transaction offsetting
• passive invoice check
• transaction approval

Authorized transactions are extracted, and sent to the company's ERP system, thus triggering the active and passive accounting processes.
