XDM Contract Management®
XDM Contract Management® is the module dedicated to commodity contracts and trading. The module provides the base set of functionalities to define the structure of each type of commodity contracts, providing both common tools and specialized tools per commodity (Electric, Gas, Green Certificates, etc.)
A multi-level, multi-commodity book structure allows full management of the company's trading structure and portfolio strategy. Support for multiple legal entities provides large utilities for complete centralization of contract management and operations.
XDM Contract Management® provides a highly flexible framework for configuring different contract types, ranging from simple physical deals to financial trades (such as swaps or future), including complex contractual structures. A template-based approach allows each contract type to be configured in terms of:
- contract attribute structure (relevant contractual attributes, visible and defaulted attributes, user-defined attributes)
- contract quantity types (profiled, interval-based)
- contract price types (fixed, profiled, interval-based, indexed, formula-based)
- contract fees
- contract validation rules
- scheduling rules
- evaluation rules
